We all need to make positive choices to achieve the vision of sustainable development. This is particularly true of our everyday actions in and around the home.
Palm Construction applies the following policies in all its projects:
- Energy efficiency including low usage lighting
- Offsetting environmental impact
- Building sustainable housing developments
- Implementing International environmental guidelines
Palm Construction also applies specific environmental measures on all its projects and sites, such as:
- The replanting of trees
- Rainwater collection and re-use
- Insulating walls and roofs to a high European standard
- Installation of low maintenance materials
- Installing water efficient products
Sustainable development means meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Palm Construction therefore uses the most energy effective building products and materials possible.
Having consistently complied with ever increasing environmental regulations on our projects in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, we continue to work for a better environment here in Thailand. Even though, as yet, there are no stringent guidelines within the construction industry.
